Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Cynbit Technologies Private Limited

1. General Policy

Cynbit Technologies Private Limited ("Cynbit Technologies") is committed to providing exceptional IT services and training programs. Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and transparency.

2. IT Services 

2.1 Service Initiation and Consultation Fees

  • Fees paid for initial consultations and assessments are non-refundable.

2.2 Project Milestones

  • Refunds for IT services are based on the project milestones agreed upon in the contract.

    • Before Project Commencement: If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued minus any non-refundable consultation fees.

    • During the Project:

      • Initial Phase (Up to 25% Completion): If a project is canceled within the initial phase, a 75% refund of the project cost will be issued.

      • Mid Phase (26% to 50% Completion): If a project is canceled during the mid phase, a 50% refund of the project cost will be issued.

      • Late Phase (51% to 75% Completion): If a project is canceled during the late phase, a 25% refund of the project cost will be issued.

      • Final Phase (76% to 100% Completion): No refunds will be issued if a project is canceled after 75% completion.

2.3 Completion and Delivery

  • Once the project is delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be provided.

2.4 Quality Assurance

  • Cynbit Technologies guarantees the quality of its services. If any defects or issues arise from our work within 30 days of project delivery, we will address and rectify these issues at no additional cost.

3. Training and Internship Programs

3.1 Program Fees

  • Fees for training and internship programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

3.2 Cancellation Before Program Start

  • If a participant cancels their enrollment 14 days or more before the program start date, they are eligible for a full refund.

  • If a participant cancels their enrollment less than 14 days before the program start date, a 50% refund will be issued.

3.3 Program Withdrawal

  • No refunds will be issued for withdrawals once the program has started, except under extraordinary circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3.4 Program Cancellation by Cynbit Technologies

  • If Cynbit Technologies cancels a training or internship program, participants will receive a full refund of the fees paid.

4. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the refund request is approved. The amount will be credited to the customer's original method of payment.

5. Payment Disputes

  • Any payment disputes must be submitted in writing to our support team at [support email] within 30 days of the transaction. Disputes submitted after 30 days will not be considered for refunds.
